If, in the rare instance, your boards have issues with the workmanship, we’ll do whatever it takes to get it right – for free. Our service team will provide transparent communication at every step, and your information is 100% confidential; your intellectual property is secure. We aim to give you the best electronics manufacturing experience at globally competitive prices, with lower lead times and higher quality, all backed by an experienced team.
How the Low Price Guarantee Works
When you shop at macrofab.com, we’re confident you’ll love the product you will receive from us—and you’ll pay less than what you would at selected competitors. If you have a quote from a qualifying competitor with a lower price, call us at 832-572-3996. If we can verify that the lower price qualifies for our guarantee, we’ll beat their price. Offer valid on new macrofab.com orders only.
- Eligibility:
- The Low Price Guarantee offer is open to all MacroFab customers, whether new or existing.
- The competing price must be from a recognized, reputable company with PCB assembly factories in the US, like MacroFab.
- Valid Duration:
- The price match promo is valid from Sept 8th to Sept 30th, both dates inclusive.
- How to Claim:
- Customers wishing to claim a price match must provide verifiable evidence of the lower price from a competitor.
- Evidence has to be a formal quote.
- The product specifications and conditions must match those of the MacroFab product.
- Exclusions:
- The price match promo does not apply to:
- Products sold on auction websites or from private sellers.
- Products that are part of a special promotion, bundle, bonus, free, or discounted offer from other companies.
- Products from companies with PCB assembly manufacturing outside the United States.
- Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, or damaged goods.
- Price Verification:
- MacroFab reserves the right to verify the lower price before honoring the price match.
- The price match will be based on total costs, including, but not limited to, shipping, handling, taxes, and other applicable fees.
- Limitations:
- Price matching can only be applied at the time of purchase and not retrospectively.
- Each customer can claim a price match for a maximum of 2 items during the promotional period.
- Price on the quote not to exceed USD 3000.
- The price match promo cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
- Termination and Modification:
- MacroFab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the price match promo without prior notice, in its sole discretion, for any reason deemed necessary.
- In the event of any disputes, the decision of MacroFab is final and binding.
- Privacy:
- Any personal information provided in the course of the price match promo will be processed in accordance with MacroFab’s Privacy Policy.
- General Conditions:
- Customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by participating in the price match promo
